3. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
YDOX is continually improving its methods of communication and adding new functionality and features to YDOX and to its existing services. Because of these ongoing changes, changes in the law and the changing nature of technology, YDOX’s data practices will change from time to time. If and when YDOX data practices change, YDOX will notify you of the changes via this page. We encourage you to check this page frequently. If you continue to use the App / the Website after any modifications was made hereto, it will be deemed that you accept the modifications.
4. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA INCLUDING E-MAIL ADDRESSES
4.1. You may choose to buy services from us or receive additional information or services from us. When you purchase our services or products or request additional information, we will request Personal Data from you including, but not limited to, your financial information, your name and surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, device details and payment details. YDOX may make use of cookie and tracking technology, whereby information that you send whilst on YDOX may be saved on your mobile device’s hard drive or your computer hard drive and YDOX will know who you are when you next visit. This technology is useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, for tracking the number of visitors to a site and understanding how visitors use YDOX. Personal information cannot be collected via cookie technology.
5.9. The Company may use your Personal Data for marketing purposes within YDOX and may send you promotional material or details that it thinks may be of interest to you. You will however always be given the opportunity to instruct us to refrain from doing so and to have us remove your details from our mailing list.
6. ANONYMOUS DATA COLLECTED THROUGH YDOX
6.1. We use technology to collect anonymous information about the use of YDOX. For example, our web server automatically logs which pages of our website our visitors view, their IP addresses and which web browsers our visitors use. This technology does not identify you personally, it simply enables us to compile statistics about our visitors and their use of our website.
6.2. Our website contains hyperlinks to other pages on our website. We may use technology to track how often these links are used and which pages on our website our visitors choose to view. Again this technology does not identify you personally – it simply enables us to compile statistics about the use of these hyperlinks.
